安全员
主要职责：
- 帮助公司运作符合安全，健康， 环保，消防等方面的法律法规要求
- 预见，识别，评估公司安全，健康和环保方面的风险， 和相关部门商讨，建议改进措施， 督促跟踪改进措施的落实
- 建立， 改善危险工作许可证管理系统，开具危险工作许可证
- 建立改善应急响应系统，组织应急响应演习
- 建立全面的安全检查系统
- 确保环保设施安全运行， 使废水排放达到排放标准。逐步减少废水，废气，固废的排放
- 确保消防设施有效运行
- 进行安全事故调查
- 进行安全培训
- 进行安全事故分析调查，跟踪措施的落实
- 承包商安全管理
任职要求：
- 有机化学、药物化学和化学工艺等相关专业、本科以上学历
- 三年以上有机合成化工厂或合成药厂的工作经验
- 熟悉安全健康环保方面的法律法规
- 有安全管理经验
- 英语听说读写流利者优先
