工作职责：

领导一个研究员小组，负责化合物的溶解稀释和自动化筛选等化合物管理工作。

任职资格:

我们征聘有在生物液体工作站，药物自动化筛选和化合物管理经验的，并具有在公司里的工作经验的技术骨干。要求应聘者具有药物筛选经验，能熟练操作机器和电脑，并且有良好的交流沟通能力。化学或者生物化学专业的硕士或者本科学历，在液体工作站和自动化药物筛选有多年工作经验。如有工业公司group leader工作经验的尤为欢迎。
