PRC Accounting Manager：

  1. Lead the PRC accounting team located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao site.
    • Manage daily work for all the functions (GL, FA, Costing, AR, AP);
    • Manage all the function leaders;
    • Deal with cross function issues;
    • Keep good communication with other departments.
  2. Control the closing process and review local financial reports for several legal entities within the group.
    • Ensure the monthly local financial reports can be submitted to global external reporting team timely and accurately;
    • Be the key coordinate for annual audit of the local reports prepared by Waigaoqiao accounting team;
    • Assist group chief accountant to manage the intercompany issues, keep good communication with local financial managers in other sites;
    • Work closely with global external reporting team and management reporting team to provide necessary financial analysis, explanations or supplemental reports for local financials.
  3. Assist group chief account and internal control manager to implement SOX control for accounting and reporting cycle.
  4. Review payment applications for several legal entities per company approval matrix.
  5. Build a great PRC accounting team and improve the process continuously.
