主治兽医

主要职责：

  1. 根据中国和美国实验动物法律法规和指导原则和AAALAC标准，提高兽医护理工作规范化管理。
  2. 确保实验方案和操作符合美国相关实验动物的法律法规和指导原则等。
  3. 作为IACUC成员，完成对动物实验申请的审查和监督实验动物管理管理和使用，确保符合公司相关规定。
  4. 制定，审查，修改和执行与该岗位有关的标准操作规程。
  5. 根据实验方案和标准操作规程，完成实验动物的适应观察、检疫和体检工作。
  6. 对实验动物定期进行动物福利的评价工作。
  7. 提供兽医健康护理，减轻动物痛苦。推荐实验终点和安乐死的方法。
  8. 协助手术前计划、培训、监控和手术后的护理。
  9. 按要求制定和审查新的程序和技术，包括新的手术方法的改进。

任职要求：

  1. 资历：兽医医学博士
  2. 专业：临床兽医学
  3. 语言能力：双语（汉语/英语）
  4. 工作经验：3年以上实验动物兽医工作经验 熟悉大型动物如狗和非人灵长类的临床症状，行为和护理。 入选人员将被派往美国进行为期3 – 6个月的培训。
  5. 资格证书：中华人民共和国实验动物管理和使用证书 中华人民共和国兽医证书
  6. 其他：深入了解中国与美国实验动物的法律，规章和准则， AAALAC标准。
